There are five main topics that are discussed throughout the Find What Moves You program.
Participants will learn to be true to themselves and find real connections with others.
Participants will explore what it means to be present in their mind and body.
Participants will learn that everyone has different struggles and that they are not alone.
Participants will explore what it means to be kind to themselves in the face of challenges. They will also learn to notice and accept what their body needs without judgment.
Finally, participants will learn about the concept of play. Play is any movement that feels good, is non-competitive, and creates feelings of freedom within the individual.
